日月光中壢廠不當排廢水　該廠勒令停工

【張沛森／桃園報導】日月光中壢廠昨下午才遭到環保人士抗議，桃園縣政府環境保護局貓頭鷹專案稽查人員，昨深夜間前往日月光中壢廠展開稽查作業，當場查獲有晶片切割機台製程水未經處理溢流排放，稽查人員除當場要求立即停機，並針對溢流排放管線進行封管作業，並令該製程立即停工。
 
稽查人員昨深夜在日月光中壢廠的放流口進行稽查，現場檢測發現水質異常乃進廠稽查。環保局稽查科長林立昌帶著稽查人員進廠，會同廠方人員到廢水處理廠稽查，於放流池壁上發現一不明管線正再排放廢水，循管線往上游追查，發現連通至一大型貯槽，因許可文件並無登載，經詢問廠方人員表示，係來自4樓晶片切割製程廢水，全部都有回收再使用，惟稽查人員發現馬達並未啟動，證實每當廢水到達滿水位時，即由槽頂管線直接排至放流口，完全未經處理繞流排放，違反水污染防治法第18條規定，當場令其停止排放、封管，並令該製程立即停工直至改善為止。
