由於今年2月適逢農曆春節及228連續假期，工作天數只有15天，使得全國賦稅收入實徵淨額只有571億元，較去年同月大幅減少16.3%，即使累計1-2月實徵淨額1,911億元，與去(2014)年同期相比，仍呈現1.8%的負成長。

財政部今(10)日發布2月全國賦稅收入初步統計，統計處副處長許瑞琳表示，今年2月工作天數只有15天，而去年則有17天，使得各項稅收實徵淨額大多比去年同月減少，僅綜合所得稅增加11億元，主要是因為權利金所得扣繳稅款增加。

另外，營利事業所得稅2月實徵32億元，也較去年同月增加3億元；累計1-2月實徵67億元，較去年同期增加27億元，增幅高達66.2%，主要是因為1月有包括1家金融業、1家前國營事業在內的15.3億元的大額補繳稅款所致。

許瑞琳指出，2月底由於228連續假期，部分稅款還沒有入帳，在綜合所得稅部分，也有部分年終獎金扣繳稅款尚未入帳，因此，如果要精確一點，實際上應看整個1-3月的稅收，且由於今年的預算目標為1兆9458億元，約較去年全年稅收少1.5%，今年的稅收只要可以控制在負成長1.5%的範圍內，對於全年稅收達標仍然是值得期待的。
