煞車突然變鬆

小弟開一台96年的TERCEL代步
基於安全考量更換了劃線碟盤+好的來令片
但至目前為止發生過三次煞車突然變鬆的情況(大部分時間煞車的感覺是正常ok的)

小弟發覺這三次煞車失靈有個共通點
那就是都是在剛發動引擎的一開始開沒多久準備煞車時卻發現煞車很鬆很鬆
踩到底都還是煞不住 採到死往前滑了幾公尺才勉強停住 還好都是剛起步沒多久
時速不快沒有發生事故
但整個過程讓我心臟真的快蹦出來了

想問大大這到底是哪裡出了問題?????
碟盤跟來令片才剛換沒多久 而且也都是高檔貨
怎麼還會發生這種情況
到底是哪個部份出了問題
