手機沒開通網路，想用預付卡上網

目前是用台灣大哥大的月租型$299，沒開通網路
聽說7Mobile預付卡只要繳了錢，手機有支援GPRS就能上網
因為不想綁約，想試試看預付卡的…

請問：
1)好像GPRS在傳輸資料的時候不能接/打電話? 2G? 2.5G?
2)如果傳輸量超過預付卡限制，會自動停掉，還是額外算錢？
3)還是可以推薦別家？只是要用LINE，很少會去點影片，而且手機本身不是雙待機
