義專家：亞投行成敗未定

義大利與英、法、德等歐洲國家，決定加入北京發起的亞洲基礎設施投資銀行，引來美國批評和各方討論。

義大利專家阿斯塔利（Claudia Astarita）塔指出，中國展現經濟實力，但亞投行的成敗仍是未定之數。

曾在印度和香港工作多年、專門研究亞洲的的阿斯塔利塔指出，「亞洲開發銀行」（ADB）是由美國主導，多年來，中國一直努力強化在這個機構裡的角色。

為了達到與自身經濟實力相應的影響力，中國大力投資歐洲，以及日本、澳門等國，如今這些國家都擔心中國鎖緊投資或進口的水龍頭。

然而，阿斯塔利塔指出，北京發起的「亞洲基礎設施投資銀行」（AIIB）能否成功，仍是充滿變數，必須評估中國的能力、是否資金卡在其他計畫中。

她說，亞投行更像是北京政治策略的工具，一旦成功，將強化中國在亞洲和全球的形象。
