小弟私大畢新鮮人目前第一份工作有兩項offerr機會~ 公司海運業本土民營銀行工作職稱營業人員企金ARM 薪資待遇 N(試用N-5) N (前6個月試用N-7) 年終落差很大,海運低潮 3~4 交通南崁租屋通勤中部家裡優知名度高形象佳, 住家裡，開銷省很大發展較穩定,職務歷練培訓夠~可累積相當專業做久可累積專業可外派缺在外開銷大操~民營銀行流動率大升遷未來卡很大升到AO陣亡率高業績壓力金融業轉業困難小弟對兩項產業都有興趣起薪也高 ~只是對於現在企金前景充滿疑問?? 是否是一條可待長久的路?? 謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.232.219.42
