張廣元電玩弊案 11人不認罪

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北5日電）台北地院今天召開張廣元集團電玩弊案移審庭，在押被告除會計外，其餘11人都不認罪，曾任員警的黃裕源還反咬記者挾怨報復。

台北地檢署昨天首波偵結，認定電玩業者張廣元為避免旗下4家電玩店遭查緝，透過記者白手套疏通送錢行賄6名前任、現任警察，依違反貪污治罪條例行收賄罪、刑法賭博等罪嫌，起訴張廣元、股東劉宸誌、前記者張榮仁、許聲胤、黃其豪、前員警林正源等22人。

檢方審酌，黃其豪坦承犯行，繳回不法所得，依證人保護法請求法院宣告免刑。

全案今天移審台北地院，台北地院下午開庭，12名遭羈押禁見的被告，除了會計蔡幸螢拭淚認罪外，其餘被告都不認罪。張廣元喊冤，聲稱淡水分局的警察，他一個都不認識，也和劉宸誌電玩集團無關，他出國並非逃亡，而是為求醫治病。

此外，淡水分局中山路派出所副所長黃裕源（遭停職）還反咬，轉為污點證人的黃其豪是挾怨報復。黃裕源說，黃其豪擔任記者時為展現人脈，常帶地方人士到友人的茶室捧場，後來因茶室遭查報，黃其豪向他關說遭拒，才挾怨報復，不實指控他收賄。

檢察官認為，除了2名會計供述完整外，其餘被告都不認罪、且有逃亡、串證之虞，主張應該繼續羈押。法官稍晚將裁定12人是否繼續羈押禁見。1020705
