交通部路政司長林國顯升主秘

　交通部主秘陳彥伯升任國道新建工程局及高速公路局局長，遺缺今發布由路政司司長林國顯接任，路政司司長職務暫由副司長王穆衡代理，4月7日生效。

　交通部指出，新任主秘林國顯51歲，美國加州州立大學土木暨環境工程研究所博士，歷任交通部運輸研究所工程司、研究員、組長、交通部路政司副司長及司長等職務，對交通業務非常嫻熟。
