忽冷忽熱，阿爸的乾癬發作的很嚴重怎辦？

阿爸從年輕奮鬥到去年終於退休了
我們也希望他可以好好的過日子
結果也許是退休後都待在家裡太潮濕還是怎樣
去年冬天有次他反應自己好像有皮膚病
去看皮膚科之後醫生說是乾癬
也開了很多外塗跟內用的藥
那陣子乖乖吃之後看起來好很多
但是最近天氣變化大，他身體又撐不住了
哎，而且退休的老男人在家裡也沒事幹
就開始碎碎念說自己沒有享福的命⋯⋯
總之就是心情超差
怎麼辦，再這樣下去全家人的生活都會因為這樣受影響
有比較有效的建議嗎??希望根治不要再復發了
