立法院內政委員會在野黨立委成立的「行政院鎮壓反服貿學運真相調閱專案小組」上午開會，在324當天被警方驅離的學生、民眾出面說明當時狀況，前行政院院長謝長廷也說明被當天被水柱衝擊的情形。

警政署長王卓鈞列席備詢，台聯立委周倪安質疑，為何當天警方要攻擊民眾頭部？王卓鈞說，我們不知道民眾為什麼都會傷到頭部？員警絕對不是故意去傷害民眾，現場指揮官沒有下令故意打頭。
