rpg製作大師VX光碟打不開（急）

最近買回了rpg製作大師VX　一般想說灌完CD就可以啟動
沒想到連可以啟動的圖示都沒有顯示出來，還打不開。

小的為了等上頭的進度條跑好已經等了一個上午，因為聽說也有人一樣開很久才開啟。
但進度條根本跑完就停了，點了又重新跑一次，如此惡性循環。

配備上的基本電腦需求也都已達成，網路也找到了許多解決方法
但都行不通。
像是"以管理員身分執行" 對著光碟機的圖示點右鍵也沒有這個選項。

聽說啟動這個軟體時最好關閉所有的東西，半天下來也都沒動靜。

該怎樣才能讓光碟啟動？
