德外長警告烏民兵勿攻擊馬里烏波

德國外長施坦邁因22日警告烏克蘭東部的親俄民兵，勿對頓內次克的馬里烏波市發動攻擊，否則即是公然違反停火協議行為。

施坦邁因告訴德國「圖片報」，一周前於明斯克達成的停火協議訂有不可跨越的紅線，「前進馬里烏波將明顯違反停火協議」。
