備審的封面製作，手繪上色掃描清楚嗎?

我要做申請大學的備審資料
申請的是設計相關科系
所以封面就顯得更重要
我個人沒學過甚麼電腦繪圖
所以採手繪的方式先設計好封面了
用麥克筆和色鉛筆畫好
再拿去便利商店掃描到電腦裡會清楚嗎?
看網路上大多都說掃描的是手繪稿線條
上色都用軟體上色
但我家沒有繪圖板甚麼的
對一個初學者來說用滑鼠上色也蠻困難的吧...
請問有人能教我嗎?(急~)
