開學日往前挪一周？毛揆表示值得思考

行政院長毛治國上午在立法院答覆有關選舉時程，立委表示大學大都是9月21日開學，教育部規定至少上課18周，如此推算學期結束是1月23日；但依中選會預估，2016大選的投票日可能是1月9或16日，碰上期末考周，恐降低首投族投票意願，因此要求開學日應往前挪一周。毛治國答詢表示，這是值得思考方向，會請教育部協調各大學。
