民眾抗議政府通過亞投行，警方凌晨出動大量警力，將抗議民眾驅離凱道，民眾遭驅離後轉移陣地，來到濟南路外交部領事事務局前靜坐抗議；驅離期間有民眾手拿「民主香腸」到員警前方，挑釁意味濃厚。
