法人預估，IC載板大廠南電第2季業績可季增兩位數百分點，第2季稼動率可較第1季提升1成。

展望南電第2季，法人表示，南電第2季業績可正向看待，預估第2季業績季增幅度，可到兩位數百分點。

從產品應用來看，法人指出，南電第2季將進入客戶季節性備貨階段，PC應用和網通應用各項產品出貨可望增溫，電視、遊戲機等消費性電子應用產品出貨可持穩。

法人表示，南電第2季在汽車電子應用印刷電路板(PCB)等特殊型產品出貨，可望持續成長。

從稼動率來看，法人表示，南電第2季受惠產品客戶備貨需求，預估第2季產能利用率可較第1季向上，估第2季稼動率季增幅度約1成。

從產品業績比重來看，法人預估，PCB業績占南電整體業績比重約3成多，打線載板占比約2成多，覆晶載板占比約4成多。

南電自結3月合併營收新台幣28.95億元，月增25.1%，年成長21.18%。累計今年前3月南電自結合併營收78.44億元，季減10.5%，年成長19.9%。(中央社)
