嗜吃泡麵火腿伴可樂　5歲女童肝癌亡

四川成都市一醫院腫瘤科主任指出，當地肝癌年輕化趨勢越來越明顯。一名5歲女童從小愛吃泡麵、火腿，也喜歡喝可樂，甚至經常將這些當主食吃，就診時已經是肝癌晚期。女童母親指，家族內應無肝癌基因，且孩子平日身體也算不錯，萬萬沒想到病魔會在僅半年後就奪走這個年幼的生命。醫生分析，這種不健康的飲食習慣或許就是致病的根源。

成都市衞生局發佈的2013年統計數字表明，當地平均每日新增62名癌症患者，平均每日有72人因癌症而死，即全年有約26,280人患癌死亡。

醫生表示進食過量高熱量、高糖、高飽和脂肪酸的垃圾食物，還會增加罹患大腸癌的機率。醫生建議，除了要堅持鍛煉外，每日一定要進食足夠的蔬果。而對女性而言，則同時應該注意乳腺癌和子宮頸癌，每年做一次婦科檢查。（大陸中心／綜合報導）
