大家好 我是一名國外業務 最近剛換產業 汽車零件跳到消費型電子 兩家都算小公司 薪水持平沒增加 承認是被高額獎金吸引的 才剛到職不到一周 就蒙生退意 請各位前輩不吝給我意見 1 公司人很少不到10人 無法交流 位置很擠腳伸不直 無隔板 公司面積像一台公車般大小 （進去後公司宣佈要搬家 無法於面試時判斷） 2 擁有英語外第二外語能力 無語言加給 薪水同於同事 3 全為陌生開發 沒有任何舊客戶 又獎金非按單抽 為達到某目標才有 4 這幾天小主管不斷勸退我 並告訴我公司一些台面下事項 表示他也在面試 有機會他也要走 請問我該走嗎？ 我其實很想try try 投大公司 覺得人生不想如此！ 另外想請問國外業務前輩們 抽成比例都是怎麼算呢？ 謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.248.85.161 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1403960331.A.89C.html
