醫界反對聲浪大 DRGs恐延期

衛生福利部預定7月1日擴大實施的DRGs(住院診斷關聯群)，因醫界反彈聲浪不段，傳出可能延期實施。

這項針對住院給付「同病同酬」的制度，由於醫院收治太多重症患者反而可能導致健保給付縮水，被醫界認為是懲罰救人的醫師，也會來恐怕醫院不再收治重症患者，造成醫療人球：昨天健保署緊急找醫界溝通，包含台大醫院婦產科主治醫師施景中、立委蘇清泉等人皆出席會議。

據了解，會議中醫界砲聲隆隆，期望衛服部能暫緩實施；一名醫師甚至私下透露，衛服部連實施DRGs的電腦程式都還沒完成除錯程序，怎麼能倉促上路。

DRGs到底是否如期實施，昨天會議最後送交衛生福利部部長邱文達裁決，官員透露在醫界壓力下有可能延期，與會的醫師也私下表示，「延期機率蠻大的。」
