塞雞蛋侵犯女友 娶她改輕判

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北27日電）洪姓男子不滿女友要分手，竟以雞蛋塞女方下體，再用手指侵入戳破。最高法院審酌他獲女方原諒，且兩人已婚，判刑2年定讞。

判決指出，洪男和女友在民國100年間交往進而同居，女方在去年2月有意分手不成後，開始避不見面，洪男於是在路上等女方下班，並藉口可回到同居處談分手。

女方入屋，後洪男懷疑她移情別戀，情緒激動下將她綑綁後壓制在床，不顧女方掙扎哭喊，強行脫衣並伸手從床旁冰箱拿1顆生雞蛋，直接塞入女方下體，再以手指伸入女方下體，將雞蛋夾破，讓蛋役流出。

女方妹妹報警到場救人；女方獲救後，到醫院驗傷並取出殘留蛋殼。法院一審依強制性交罪判刑4年2月；台灣高等法院審酌被害人原諒洪男，洪男也認罪，且兩人已經結婚，改判2年。最高法院駁回上訴，全案定讞。1030627
