快播侵權案最終罰款13億元 將再上訴

深圳市市場監督管理局今天下午宣布，騰訊控訴快播的「侵權案」最終裁判人民幣2.6億元（約新台幣13億元）罰款，即日生效。快播表示已收到「行政處罰決定書」，但對罰單金額表示不服，將再上訴。

新浪科技報導，快播相關人士表示，2.6億元根本是天價，公司關門都賠不起，也認為騰訊向深圳市市場監督局投訴，而非司法途徑極不合理，再者，市場監管局屬行政管理單位，行政處罰最高上限不應高於人民幣25萬元。

騰訊、搜狐和樂視等大陸多家反盜版聯盟成員自2012年起，陸續對快播發起盜版訴訟，其中，騰訊有多達24部影片被侵權造成重大經濟損失，騰訊針對此事於3月17日向市場監管局投訴。
